By Air:

The closest airport to reach Gopalpur is the Biju Patnaik Airport in Bhubaneswar located at a distance of 180 kms from the city center. The Bhubaneswar airport is well connected to the major cities of India with regular daily flights from like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Regular cab services are available from the Bhubaneswar airport to reach Cuttack.

By Rail:

Located on the Howrah-Chennai main line, the local railway station at Berhampur is the nearest railway station to visit Gopalpur. Berhampur has good connectivity of regular trains to other prominent cities within and outside Orissa. The city is well-connected to the Delhi (Bbs Rajdhani Ex), Kolkata (Falaknuma Exp) and Chennai (Coromandal Exp) with daily train services.
