Raipur experiences typical sub tropical climatic conditions with warn summers and humid monsoon season. Taxis and Buses are easily available outside the Raipur airport to reach the city center. Raipur airport has daily flights connecting the state capital of Chhattisgarh to Delhi, Kolkata, Indore and Bhopal.

By Rail:

Raipur has a dedicated railway station with good connectivity from all major towns of Chhattisgarh, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Raipur railway station is one of the most important junctions under the Chhattisgarh railway division. Raipur station is well connected to New Delhi, Bhillai and Mumbai with regular train services. Local cabs and buses are available outside the Raipur railway station to visit various attractions across the city.
