Devi Talab Mandir:  

Devi Talab Mandir dedicated to Goddess Durga is one of the most spiritual places in Jalandhar city. Located in the heart of Jalandhar city, the Devi Talab Mandir is one of the 51 Shakthi pithas in India and is over 200 years old. The main temple of Devi Talab Mandir is encircled with a sacred water pond where devotees take a holy dip. Bhishan Bhairav temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is also located in the surroundings of Devi Talab Mandir. This mandir is famous for the Harivallabh Sangeet Sammelan held every year in the month of December. Recently a model of Amarnath Yatra has been built within the premises of the Devi Talab temple.


Sodal Temple:

Sodal temple is one of the famous ancient temples in Jalandhar. Dedicated to lord Sodal, a small baby boy (Sodal) is worshipped in the temple. The temple has a huge spiritual following and it is said that the all wishes of children are fulfilled for the faithful. During Anand Chaturdasi, in September several devotees visit the temple for the annual Baba Sodal fair. There is a tank called Baba Sodal-Da-Sarowar, where pilgrims take sacred bath. The temple attracts devotees from all caste, creed and religions and is one of the best known landmarks in Jalandhar city.


Gurdwara Chhevin Padshahi:

Gurdwara Chhevin Padshahi is a famous Gurudwara in Jalandhar built in the remembrance of the sixth Guru of the Sikhs, Guru Hargobind. Gurdwara Chhevin Padshahi is located in Basti Shaik where Guru Hargobind was interviewed by a holy Muslim saint called Shaikh Darvesh. The Gurudwara is also famous for rare artifacts including a handwritten copy of Sri Guru Granth Sahib prepared between 1715 and 1728 by the great Sikh scholar and martyr Baba Deep Singh.


Pushpa Gujral Science City:

Pushpa Gujral Science City is one the most visited educational townships in Jalandhar City. Located in a 72 acre campus on the Jalandhar-Kapurthala Road, Pushpa Gujral Science City is a joint project of the Government of India and Punjab Government. The science city provides regular educational programs on different aspects of science including environmental sciences, ecosystems, Jurassic park, space, nuclear science, information technology, robotics and bio-technology. The Pushpa Gujral Science City is open for visitors from 9 am – 6 pm offering a brilliant insight into various science City galleries and exhibits. The Pushpa Gujral Science City also has a boating club facility for children and is a complete science city helping children understand the aspects of science and technology.


Rangla Punjab Haveli:

No excursion in Punjab is complete without exploring the tradition of the rich Punjabi culture and heritage along with brilliant Punjabi food. The Rangla Punjab Haveli is a traditional Punjabi village themed resort on the Jalandhar Phagwara Highway built using Nanakshahi bricks and has a sumptuous Punjabi food menu along with a collection of antique artifacts evoking the old world charm of Punjabi history and Gourmet delights.


Wonderland Amusement Park:

Wonderland Amusement Park with water games and water rides is Jalandhar's answer Disney World. Located about 6 kms from Jalandhar Bus terminus and 8 kms from the Railway Station on Nakodar Road, the Wonderland Amusement Park offers various water rides including bumper car and Wave pool. The Dry Park is open throughout the year, but the Water Park is closed during winters. The timings for visiting the Wonderland Amusement Park are from 9 am – 10 pm. The park is a popular entertainment hub for the children as well as young adults.


St. Mary’s Cathedral Church:  

St. Mary's Cathedral Church is one of the famous spiritual landmarks in Jalandhar city built in 1947. The old church was demolished on 15th February, 1987 and the foundation stone for the new church was blessed by Pope John Paul II in February 1986. St. Mary's Cathedral Church highlight the secular character of India and was initiated by representatives of His Holiness Pope John Paul II is the only one of its kind in India.
